培训流程
1、客户需求分析:
由洋话连篇企业培训部专业的咨询顾问从公司背景、所属行业和、员工岗位要求、学习目的及培训预期目标等入手,初步了解客户的培训需求。
2、学员水平测试:
由洋话连篇测评专家为受训学员进行免费的英语水平测评,根据测评结果对学员做出全方位的评估。
3、制定培训方案:
结合客户需求分析及学员水平测评结果,洋话连篇方案小组为学员制定可行性培训方案。方案中详细说明培训课程设置、教师设置及报价。
4、选派教师试讲:
根据企业需求,我方选派适合的教师上门为学员做免费试讲,以便让企业初步了解洋话连篇的教学形式及特色。
5、签订培训协议:
客户对课程及报价等无异议,双方签订协议,客户在开课前支付培训费用。
6、开始授课:
洋话连篇的教师按照课程计划为学员进行授课。
7、达到预期值:
我方客服人员进行全程教学跟踪---客户服务人员定期进行监课,对学员的出勤率、学习进度学员等进行监督,同时学员接受定期阶段考试,以保证培训达到预期值。

Flow
1. Customer’s Demands Analysis:
Professional consultants from Modern English’s VIP Department will have a basic
understanding of customer’s training needs and demands through the customer’s
company background, respective industry, employees’ job requirements, study
goals and anticipated training results, etc.
2. Evaluation of Trainees’ English Proficiency:
Modern English’s evaluation experts will conduct a free English proficiency
evaluation for the trainees, and give an all-aspects appraisal with the results
of the evaluation.
3. Establishing a Training Proposal:
Through integrating the analysis of customer’s demands and the results of
trainees’ English proficiency level, Modern English’s proposal formulation
group will create a feasible training proposal for the trainees. The proposal
shall specify the set-up of the training program, teachers’ set-up and price
quotation.
4. Demonstration Class by Designated Teacher:
According to the demands of the enterprise, we shall designate a suitable
teacher to conduct a demonstration class for the trainees at the enterprise, so
that the enterprise can have a preliminary understanding of Modern English’s
teaching style and characteristic.
5. Signing the Training Agreement:
If the enterprise has no objections to the course and the quoted price, both
sides shall sign the agreement, and the enterprise shall pay the training fee
prior to the commencement of the training.
6. Class Commencement:
Modern English’s experienced teachers shall conduct classes for the trainees
according to course plan.
7. Achieving the Expected Value:
Our customer service agents will keep track of the entire teaching program –
regular supervision of the lessons, including monitoring trainees' attendance,
and learning progress, etc; at the same time, requiring trainees to take the
regular evaluation exams after each learning stage, thus guaranteeing that the
training attains its expected value. |
